African Energy Week

Led by Russia’s Deputy Minister of Energy Roman Anatolyevich Marshavin, the delegation will participate in a Russia-Africa Partnership Roundtable.

The Roscongress Foundation will be a strategic partner of the Forum. A cooperation agreement between the Foundation and the AEW organizer, the African Energy Chamber, was signed at the Russian Energy Week in October 2023. The organisations have established partnership relations aimed at implementing joint projects and achieving mutually beneficial goals.

If oil disappeared tomorrow, there would be no more jet fuel, gasoline or diesel. Internal combustion engine automobiles, buses, trucks, lorries and coaches would be stranded. Airplanes powered by jet fuel would be grounded.

Nigeria’s Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil) Heineken Lokpobiri will speak at Africa’s premier event for the oil and gas sector - the African Energy Week (AEW): Invest in African Energy conference – this November.
